Obituary
Vada Burkhalter, of Benkelman and a former longtime resident of Bird City, Kansas, passed away Wednesday Morning, January 22nd, 2014 at the Hester Home in Benkelman. She was 95 years of age.
Funeral Services will be 10:00 A.M. (MT), Monday, January 27th, 2014 at the Benkelman Community Building in Benkelman with Pastor Jim Gleason and Dr. Lonnie Willis officiating. Interment will follow at Benkelman Cemetery, Benkelman.
Visitation will be from 2-6 P.M. (MT), Sunday afternoon, January 26th, 2014 at the Benkelman Community Building, Benkelman.
Memorial Contributions are suggested to the Hester Home, Gideons International or the Bird City, Kansas EMTs.
