Joan C Bartels' Obituary
Longtime resident of Imperial passed away Wednesday, May 26, 2021, at the Imperial Manor Nursing Home. Joan was 85 years of age.
Survivors Include:
Husband: Richard of Imperial, NE
Son: Kevin Bartels and wife, Amy, of Centennial, CO
Daughter: Kerry Brown of Commerce City, CO
Daughter: Laurie Burton and husband, Rich, of Elizabeth, CO
Brothers: Robert Bartels and wife, Joanna, of Imperial,. NE
Gene Bartels and wife, Dotty, of Wauneta, NE
9 Grandchildren
10 Great-Grandchildren
Funeral Services will be Saturday, June 12, 2021, 11:00 A.M. at the Zion Lutheran Church of Imperial, with Pastor David Kahle officiating. A private family inurnment (With all family invited) will be held before services at Mount Hope Cemetery, Imperial, NE.
No visitation, cremation was chosen as per Joan’s wishes.
A memorial in Joan’s memory has been suggested to the Bartels Family for a future designation
